Want to ride with more confidence and control? Join Amy Pryse-Phillips and Ayla Perry in Pippy Park for a Ladies Skills Clinic designed to build a solid foundation of mountain bike skills in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
We’ll be focusing on beginner to intermediate level techniques, including body positioning, cornering, braking, and tackling trail features - but all skill levels are welcome.
Whether you’re brand new or looking to sharpen your fundamentals, this clinic will meet you where you’re at.
Space is limited to 14 participants to ensure a personal, hands-on learning experience.
Important Requirements:
• Participants must be 19+ and current AMBA members. If youre not already, you can sign up here ->https://www.ambanl.ca/membership-benefits
• All participants will be required to sign a waiver before the session begins if you haven't signed one yet this season.
