About the event
AMBA is offering a progressive learning experience for girls and women, ages 10 and above, interested in honing their mountain bike skills over two consecutive Sundays. Participants will register for both sessions and it is not possible to do just one. The first week will focus on flat land fundamental skills and the second week will see our riders hit the trails. There will be a minimum of 1 coach per 6 participants and AMBA's coaches are either BICP- or PMBIA-trained. These sessions are great for a novice rider or for someone who's looking to sharpen up their foundational skills! Participants must be available both Sunday, July 26 and Sunday, August 2 from 1-4pm. Registration covers both sessions. Participants must have a mountain bike in good working order and a helmet, and be comfortable riding on flat ground. Participants must be AMBA members for insurance purposes and must sign a waiver.
