This session will build on the skills you learned on September 7. It will be limited to a maximum of six people to allow for more instructor/student time.
AMBA's next advanced skills session for womean with coach Amy Pryse-Phillips, will take place on the Bucket Seats and Highliner trail in Pippy Park. Our focus will be on enhancing downhill/intermediate riding skills.
During this session, we'll cover the following skills:
body positioning for downhill riding
line selection
roll downs
drops

You're responsible to bring a bike in good working order, a helmet, any other protective gear you own, water, snacks and weather-appropriate clothing (where you may be standing/observing at times during the session).
